It's that time of the year again!
The BBQ will be cooking up a feast, games and crafts will be making their way out to the garden, tables will be set with a buffet fit for kings, and the obligatory family game of rounders on the common will be sure to bring out the sweetest natured person's competitive side!
Garden games start at 11.30am with food being served at approximately 12.30pm.
This of course follows our family service held earlier in the morning at 9.45am, which everyone is welcome to. This is an informal service where the kids and congregation will be helping to lead throughout. We'd love to have you join us too!
For catering purposes it would be great to know if you are planning to join us. You can either sign-up in the church hall or email rachael.smith@holmergreenbaptist.org.uk to let us know.

Note on buffet contributions:
If you would like to contribute to the buffet with a lovely salad, quiche, pie, cake or any other delicious side or desert, it would be greatly appreciated! To help anyone with allergies, we are asking that no nuts be present in any dish, and that all major allergens in your contributions are labelled clearly (labels will be provided on the day). Major allergens are as follows: Celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya, sulphur dioxide (sometimes known as sulphites).
There is a sign-up sheet in the hall where you can write down what you would like to bring, or again, you can email Rachael and let her know - this way we know whether there are any gaps to fill. Thank you!!!
