REMEMBER THURSDAY this is our monthly day of prayer. If you are unable to drop in then please take a copy of the notes and take a few moments on your own during the day to pray for our fellowship and the community in which we live. There is NO prayer and praise at 8pm this month. How good are you at reading the Bible? Bible reading notes can be a great help. There are a number on the Market but if you want to use the IBRA ones then please see Enid Lacey. If you don’t know what these are like then you should find some old copies to look at in the foyer. What you might need to know If you are new to this church you may be interested to know :- There is a loop system for those who are hard of hearing, Crèche is provided for babies/toddlers in the hall, and a Sunday Club group is available for pre-schoolers to age 11 in the hall from approx 11am. Please stay after the service to have a coffee/tea and biscuits, these are available in the hall. If you would like someone to pray with you after the service, please either ask someone you know and trust or move to a seat on the front row where Mike or a nominated person will be available. Do not feel too embarrassed to do this. We believe in prayer. Sunday Services for the next month:-

Tea and coffee at 7:45pm Leprosy Mission Christmas is coming and Mary Lacey has now received a copy of this year’s Leprosy Mission Christmas catalogue. If you would like to browse through it then please talk to her. ALSO A BIG THANK YOU to all those who have supported TLM in some way or other his year. If you are a box holder can you please return it to Mary Lacey before Sunday 11th Dec. Lighthouse Quiz is now available at £1 per copy. This year’s topic is – Parts of the Body – E.g. Rowntrees did fruit ones - (4) gums. Last year we sold 120 so hopefully we can do the same this year. Why not put one in a Christmas card to a friend - they will have a chance of winning £20.00 and it will certainly help Lighthouse funds.. This will start at 11:15pm. Restore Hope Latimer HP5 1TU. Retreat Day December 8th in the dairy- 9.30 am – 3.00 pm. “Making Space for Jesus to come.” Before Christmas preparations consume your life, come and de-clutter your mind. Make room for Jesus to be part of his birthday celebrations. Cost £20 including refreshments and lunch. Come warmly dressed with appropriate footwear to enjoy the estate in winter.
