GAMES EVENINGS

In many churches men are sometimes a scarce commodity, so it is good to get together regularly to chat and “do something”, but what do men do? Fix cars? Cut the grass? Put the bins out? If you are interested in being top dog, of out thinking your opponents, while having a chat over a drink then read on….!

On a regular basis – currently the first Tuesday in the month and the third Thursday – a group of men of all ages meet from about 7.45pm to late - to outwit each otherat board games, be that at “Bluff”, “Ticket for a Ride”, “Medici”, “Manhattan”, “Labyrinth”, “Blokus” and we haven’t got round to playing Cluedo, Monopoly, Portobello Market, and a whole host of other games. Maybe you have your own favourite game, bring it along and teach us how to play. So if you attend church or if you don’t, all men are welcome to join us, it would be great to see you. Tea and coffee is provided -anything stronger you will need to bring yourself along with any nibbles that you like.
